TRANSPORTATION AND MAINTENANCE

Due to simple transportation, some creases may appear on the mattress surface after opening. Simply place it in the sun for at least 2-3 days on a dry floor to fluff up. We also allow for approximately 0-1 cm error in measurements. If you encounter any issues with the Japanese futon mattress after 2 years, you can request a free foam mat.
